The objective of the assignment is to provide implementation support Albanian authorities on improving SOEs financial reporting practices and monitoring of financial performance and to conduct knowledge-related activities. In particular, the proposed intervention will provide support for the development of financial reporting practices in the SOEs and monitoring of financial performance by those charged with oversight.
